The Picpoul is one of the oldest varietals in Languedoc aera. Named "Patience" , this selectd wine, winemaking and agged in amphora, represents the symbol of excellence signed by the AOP Picpoul de Pinet, elaborated according to winemaker's charter.

Light yellow with a tint of silvered–Fresh, mineral and floral nose– Notes of citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit–Attack lives on lemony notes - Finale on an almost salt mineral edge.
